This website is provided for informational purposes to help prospective B2B buyers, clubs, brands, and tournament organizers evaluate our OEM/ODM pickleball bag manufacturing services. Content, images, and product information are subject to change without notice as our product line and specifications are updated.

2. Quotes and Orders

Quote requests submitted through this website are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding order. All orders, MOQs, pricing, sample terms, and lead times are confirmed individually in writing (email or formal quotation/proforma invoice) between HG Pickleball and the buyer before production begins.

3. Samples

Sample policies, fees, and applicable credits toward bulk orders are confirmed on a per-project basis and communicated directly to you before sample development begins.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photography, videos, and design graphics — is the property of Dongguan Nancheng Qidu Trading Co., Ltd. unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Custom designs developed for a specific client under an OEM/ODM project are treated as confidential and are not reused for other clients, as agreed in the applicable project terms.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and quality defects. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Warranty terms may be further specified in your order confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, HG Pickleball is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content. Specific order terms take precedence over general website content.
