1. How early do we need to start planning our event bags?+

If you already know your formats and quantities and do not require samples, we can often compress this window, but we always work backwards from your fixed date.
2. What is the minimum order quantity for tournament and event bags?+
Typical MOQs start around 100–300 pieces per format, depending on materials and branding methods. We can structure your program so player, staff and VIP tiers share core components, which helps you reach MOQ while keeping SKUs under control.
3. Can we run different bag types for players, staff, VIPs and sponsors in one project?+
Yes. Most event programs combine at least two or three audience tiers, such as a standard player pack, a higher‑capacity staff bag and a more premium VIP or sponsor gift.
